Below are the terms and conditions for use of the Scripts Club website and its resources.

Membership to Scripts Club costs $80 plus GST for Individuals or $120 plus GST for Offices a month, and is for three months’ minimum when you join. After that, you must give one month notice to leave.

The Scripts Club website and its resources can be used by Script Club subscribers only, for their personal use only. Script Club resources may not be onsold, and access to the Scripts Club site may not be given to others; for example, by sharing login details. We rely on your integrity not to share this site with others.

Scripts Club resources can be shared:

  • with client vendors and buyers as an educational tool, to enable them to make better real estate decisions. The advice contained in these resources is not sufficient in any way to meet the professional and legal requirements of the sale and purchase process. Users should always, where applicable, obtain the advice of a competent legal, tax, accounting or other professional before taking action of any kind.
  • with colleagues for training in the office of the subscribed user. They cannot be used for training outside that office.

All written resources shared with others for the above two purposes must state that they are copyright to Scripts Club.

The Scripts Club resources are made available for general information purposes only. Any and all information gained from the resources through visual, oral or written means should be considered the sole opinion of the producers of the Scripts Club website. The producers have used their best efforts in preparing the resources, but do not make any representation or warranties with respect to the accuracy, applicability, fitness or completeness of the contents. Therefore, if you wish to apply concepts or ideas contained in the resources, you take full responsibility for your actions. The producers shall not in any event be held liable to any party for any direct, indirect, implied, punitive, special, incidental or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly from any use of this material.
